The redesigned building fits into the existing buildings of the Central-Ferencváros office and the buildings across the Soroksár road. The new MILLPARK office building to be accommodated is easily accessible by bus, bus and Haller street public transport links. This location is also important for further development of the district.
The control plan requires a tight installation, and a log wall connection at Soroksári Street at the adjacent plot boundary with a maximum height of 24 m. The design program made it possible to designate the location and lead of the representative main entrance.
Fragmenting the facades and the mass of the building, in line with the structure of the building, naturally breaks the larger scale of the new building complex. The northern façade of the building faces the interior of the building with a well-kept park.
The area of Vaskapu Street, behind the intensive construction of Soroksári Street, is still an even smaller mixed area where industrial, residential and community buildings can be found, but the area will gradually be appreciated and will be rebuilt in the near future. The demolition of former mill buildings took place in 2008. The office building designed for the Soroksári road in the area was built back by the Tóth Kálmán street in order to increase the promenade, green space and space feel by 3.0 m from the border. The planned installation of the MILLPARK office building is adapted to this. According to the regulatory plan, we have planned a firewall connection to the existing building of the Soroksár neighborhood neighbor according to the rules of the final fit.
The building site according to the local building regulations is the I-IX-11. it is part of a construction zone where a tight installation is planned, max. With a height of 24 m. Based on this, and in order to optimize the placement of the design program, we have placed the functions in an inverted building mass. so we can build the largest inner garden. At the corner of the facade, Kálmán Tóth - Soroksári u, the six-storey typical floor wing, the bulkhead from the control plan (six or seven-storey) was built on the top of the green roof terrace. The main entrances of the building were placed on the corner points of Kómán Tóth Street. On this street section, the building was pulled back 3 times from the plot boundary to create a green surface and a façade in front of the building.
We designed a modular, vertical-striped architecture with a light shade of large element crusted concrete covering to reflect its reflective façade appearance on the other side of the Soroksári street.
